Immunization clinic

Aurora Concepts will be on the Jr High Campus March 11, 2021 for a vaccine clinic. All 6th graders(upcoming 7th graders) are required to have a MCV4 and Tdap, HPV is optional. Check with your child's healthcare provider to see if your student needs these vaccinations. If your student has had them then please fax a copy of their shot record to the school at (903)665-7149. The deadline to sign up for the vaccination clinic is March 4th, 2021. Students will receive paper forms or you can sign up at the link below.
